1 Definitions and Interpretation
In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated below:
- "Platform" or "Site" — The ba99c website and all services, software and content connected to it.
- "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the ba99c platform.
- "Account" — A user's own registered profile on ba99c.

3 Account Management
3.1 Login Credentials Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone else. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, notify the ba99c support team immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
ba99c may request documents at any time to verify your identity, age and payment method. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the required documents are not provided in time. Typically, a copy of a national identity card or passport and proof of a mobile banking account will be requested.
3.3 Inactive Accounts
ba99c reserves the right to apply periodic maintenance fees to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Users will be notified in advance by email regarding the duration of inactivity and the fee amount.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
ba99c currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). When making a deposit, ensure that you are using a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
4.3 Payment Verification
For large withdrawal amounts, ba99c may carry out additional identity verification. This is a necessary step to ensure the security of funds. ba99c reserves the right to put any withdrawal on hold if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4.4 Currency
ba99c processes transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) only. Deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies are not supported.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
ba99c offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳18,000 or more → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total ৳26,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x), calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus).
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- Bonuses can only be used for playing on the ba99c platform.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Funds earned from a bonus will only become withdrawable once the wagering requirement has been completed.
- ba99c reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or withdraw a bonus at any time.
- Each user may benefit from the welcome bonus only once.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, ba99c reserves the right to investigate the account and cancel the bonus.
5.4 Other Promotions

6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
Once all bets on ba99c are finalised, they cannot be changed or cancelled. ba99c reserves the right to re-evaluate bets that were settled incorrectly due to a technical error.
6.2 Sports Betting
Please read the rules carefully before placing bets on any sports market, including cricket, football and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or suspended, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable policy. ba99c reserves the right to cancel bets on any betting market if unusual activity is suspected.
6.3 Casino Games
All casino games are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Ezugi, etc.). The outcomes of these games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and all results are fair and verifiable.
6.4 Technical Issues
If a game or bet is affected by an internet disconnection or technical error, ba99c will make every effort to settle it correctly. However, ba99c will not be responsible for issues related to the user's device or internet connection.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ba99c platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Creating artificial betting patterns with the intent to abuse bonuses.
- Any form of fraudulent financial transactions or money laundering.
- Attempting to hack the platform's software or gaming systems.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
- Making deposits using funds belonging to a third party.
- Running unauthorised promotions using the ba99c name or brand.
8 Responsible Gaming

11.2 Cancellation by the User
